Branding

We design visual identities and brand worlds for organisations that want to exist clearly, without unnecessary noise and without surface-level aesthetics. Our approach combines strategic research, graphic design, and hands-on transfer to your team. By delivery, you have far more than a logo: a coherent brand your team can carry forward over the long term.

Branding

What a brand should really do

A brand isn’t a logo. It’s the coherent set of elements that make an organisation recognisable and understandable: its name, its typography, its colours, its tone of voice, its rules of use.

Our angle

A good brand makes life easier internally. It gives your team clear rules to communicate without hesitating at every decision. It allows new arrivals to quickly understand how to express themselves on behalf of the organisation. It holds up when you change providers, add a new touchpoint, or go through a period of transformation.

A good brand makes you recognisable to your audience. Without having to say it, it tells what you are and what you stand for. It reassures the audiences who share your values. It clearly distinguishes your offer from those of neighbouring organisations, without having to overstate it.

A good brand lasts. Not because it’s frozen, but because it has been built on solid foundations. It evolves with your organisation without losing its identity. The brands we design are made to comfortably travel through the next 7 to 10 years.

How do we work

A good identity doesn't come out of a piece of software. It comes from a methodical process that starts with understanding, and ends with handing over. Here's how we work.

  1. Onboarding

    1 - 3 jours

A brand that resonates is a brand that has been deeply understood. We always start with a scoping phase: who you are, what you do, who you address, what sets you apart, and what you want to become.

  2. Research & Moodboard

    2 - 3 days

Graphic references, relevant cultural currents, a light audit of your sector, mood boards.

  3. Propose, adjust, finalise

    2 - 3 weeks

You see what your brand will look like in real life, not just on a white background.

  4. Delivery

    2 - 3 days

Clear brand guidelines, usable templates, and we train your team to apply them.

Who this is for

This is for you if :

  • You want an identity that truly tells who you are, not a passing graphic trend
  • Your current brand no longer fits, or was never really thought through
  • You want a solid identity for the next 7 to 10 years, not a redesign every two years
  • You're ready to invest time in research and feedback, because that's what makes the difference
  • You want someone who challenges your choices, not someone who agrees with everything

This isn't for you if :

  • You're looking for "just a nice logo" without upstream thinking
  • Your main criterion is the lowest price
  • You want an identity delivered in two weeks, with no research phase
  • You expect an AI-generated brand passed off as human work
  • You want to copy a competitor's identity or a brand you like

Frequently asked questions

How much does a branding project cost?

It depends on the project’s scope, the depth of research, and the number of adaptations needed. To give you some markers: a small project starts at 3.800€, a mid-scale project at 5.800€, and a large-scale project is on quote. The exact figure is built after an initial conversation.

How long does a branding project take?

Generally count 6 to 8 weeks for a small project, 10 to 14 weeks for a mid-scale project, and 4 to 6 months for a large-scale one. This time includes research, proposal, iteration, and finalisation phases. We give a detailed schedule after the scoping phase.

Can we start from an idea I already have?

Yes, as long as the final result is the fruit of real design work, not a copy. We can start from an intuition you have, a reference that speaks to you, a name already chosen. However, we don’t accept reworking an AI-generated identity presented as your work or copying another brand’s identity, even slightly modified. Often, through conversation, the starting idea evolves into something more fitting for you.

Do you use AI to create my identity?

No. Regarding creation, we believe that the human brain is far more powerful than the machine.

Do I own the logo and identity at the end?

In most of our scenarios, yes, you can use your identity wherever you want, however you want, without asking us for permission.
However in some cases (commercial use or worldwide use,…) some author rights apply and you may need a license.

Can I use what you deliver in Canva or another tool?

Yes, within the limits of fair use. We provide source files (vector logo, colour palette, fonts indicated in the brand guidelines) that you can use in Canva, Figma, or any other tool. The brand guidelines specify what aligns with your brand and what doesn’t, so your variations stay true.

What happens if I want to evolve my identity later?

Well-built brands evolve without losing themselves. Small evolutions (adding a sub-logo, adapting for a new touchpoint, chromatic adjustment): we can take them on individually, or your team can handle them by relying on the brand guidelines. Deeper evolutions: we resume a scoping phase to measure the gap, and adapt what needs to be adapted without redoing everything.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both work. The scoping phase often benefits from being in person or in a long video call, to capture what doesn’t come through in a written brief. Iteration and finalisation phases work very well remotely. We’re based in Belgium and can travel within or work over video anywhere else.
